Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention is an evidence-based wellness and fitness program, supported by clinical studies showing improvements in energy, mental concentration and alertness, better sleep and relaxation, flexibility and muscle strength, stress reduction, and overall well-being. 

 The certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention instructor brings 8 years’ experience delivering both in-person and virtue services specifically designed for older adults aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities. Tai Chi focuses on fostering wellness, safety, and improved quality of life through evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of these populations.  

Certified instructor personally trained in Cartersville, Georgia with Dr. Paul Lam, Director of the internationally recognized Tai Chi for Health Institute in Sydney, Australia. 

Successfully led Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention programs that reached over 500 older adults and individuals with disabilities throughout Georgia—including Harris, Macon, Paulding, Haralson, and Muscogee counties—in partnership with Area Agency on Aging Regional Commissions. These initiatives helped to reduce fall risk and improved mobility among participants.
